He serves as a drilling technology expert with deep expertise in drilling mechanics, drilling systems, drilling process automation, value limiter redesign, and wellbore placement.\nHe has led drilling performance improvement teams across research, development, field engineering, marketing, and management roles, holds 26 drill bit patents, and has published more than 41 technical papers.
