Grandview Ave.\nOdessa, TX 79765\nNew Venue for 2026!\n\nRegistration Opens: 6:30 AM\nShotgun Start: 8:00 AM\nFormat: 4-Person Scramble\n\nRegistration Fees\n\nSingle Player Registration: $200 per golfer\nTeam Registration: $800 per team (4 players)\n\nRegistration includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, lunch, and eligibility for tournament prizes.\nPlayers may form their own teams. Individual registrants without a complete team will be paired with other participants based on handicap or average score.\nGolf Club Rentals\nGolf club rentals are available for $40 per set.\n\n5 Right-Handed Sets Available\nLimited Left-Handed Sets Available\nLimited Women’s Sets Available\n\nMulligans\nMulligans will be available for purchase at the event.\n\nMaximum of 4 mulligans per team\n$10 each\nCash or card accepted\n\nSponsorship Opportunities\nTitle Sponsor – $5,000\nIncludes company logo on tournament swag distributed to every player, logo placement on the digital leaderboard, event banner recognition, and one team registration for four golfers. Limited to one sponsor.\nGold (Golf Cart) Sponsor – $2,500\nIncludes company logo displayed on golf carts, recognition on the event banner, and one team registration for four golfers. Limited to four sponsors.\nPlatinum (Score Card) Sponsor – $1,500\nIncludes company logo on all scorecards, recognition on the event banner, and one team registration for four golfers. Limited to four sponsors.\nSilver (Photography) Sponsor – $1,500\nIncludes company logo displayed on all team photographs and event banner recognition. No team registration included. Limited to four sponsors.\nTent at Hole Sponsor – $1,000\nSet up a tent on the course to distribute promotional items and serve snacks and beverages.\nNote: A TABC-certified server must be present to serve alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Charlie’s Cattle Co. / Ratliff Ranch.\nLimited availability: 13 of 18 holes.\nCook at Hole Sponsor – $1,000\nSet up a cooking trailer and tent at a designated hole to engage participants throughout the tournament.\nLimited to five sponsors.\nLunch Sponsor – $1,000\nProvide and serve lunch for tournament participants in the pavilion before or during the awards ceremony.\nMultiple lunch sponsors are welcome.
