- 11:00 AM:Gates open to the public West Texas BBQ Bash
- 11:00 AM–10:00 PM:4 meat CBA Cook off featuring brisket, ribs, chicken, and pork, plus jackpots like Steak, Dessert, and Kids Q Champions Barbecue Alliance
- All Day:Live music performances — Westbound Hearts, The Roughstock, Jerry Hart, Casey Daniels, Clay Creek, and Kin Faux.
- All Day:Car show, vendor booths, kids’ zone (face painting, inflatables), and People’s Choice BBQ sampling.
- Evening:BBQ Awards & festival wrap-up
Networking & Community Impact:
The Bash offers an informal, fun atmosphere for energy, infrastructure, and service industry professionals to connect, whether sampling award-winning BBQ, browsing vendor booths, or enjoying live performances. The event is free to attend, with BBQ provided courtesy of the CBA cook teams and donations funding local nonprofit efforts, such as the Monahans Volunteer Fire Department and Kids Zone.
