Jeremy Ray, EV’s Global Operations Manager, now based in Houston, USA.
After recently celebrating eight years with EV, Jeremy has relocated to Houston, USA, where he continues his role as Global Operations Manager. During his time with the company, he has built extensive operational experience, supported teams across multiple regions and played an important role in strengthening the consistent delivery of EV’s services worldwide. His experience and contribution to the international well intervention industry have also led to an invitation to join the ICoTA Board of Directors.
As Global Operations Manager, Jeremy oversees and optimises EV’s global operational activities. Working closely with teams, departments and stakeholders across the business, he helps drive operational excellence, improve processes and ensure continued progress towards EV’s wider corporate objectives.

Outside of work, Jeremy considers himself an experience seeker with a long list of hobbies. A recent example is his challenging himself through fitness having recently completed a HYROX competition. Jeremy believes in setting goals that seem impossible, building a plan, surrounding yourself with the right people, being flexible to adjust and open to learn along the way are principles that apply as much in his adventures as they do in business and day-to-day life.
