In his role, Sanchez will lead the development of cutting-edge geospatial workflows tailored to the oil and gas pipeline sector, including PHMSA-compliant High Consequence Area (HCA) analysis, LiDAR-driven spill propagation modeling, alignment sheet automation, and enterprise GIS data management. His team will also focus on terrain-aware risk assessments, security vulnerability mapping, and elevation-integrated analytics to enhance operational safety and regulatory compliance.

His expertise includes advanced LiDAR modeling, 3D flood pathway simulations, enterprise geodatabase design, and Python-driven workflow automation. These capabilities directly support pipeline security, facility siting, spill response, and regulatory audit readiness.
