The Industry Business Roundtable (IBR) Safety Excellence Awards (SEA) is a unique yet elite process that recognizes contractor and subcontractor companies for outstanding safety management systems and best practices that lead to world-class safety performance.

They are pleased to announce the Call for Nominations for the 2025–2026 SEA Awards! We encourage you to nominate the companies you believe exemplify excellence in safety.

– Who can nominate?
Asset Owners may nominate contractors, and contractors may nominate subcontractors. Membership in IBR is not required to submit a nomination—our goal is to ensure all deserving companies are recognized.

– Information required from the nominating company:
Please provide details about your organization so we can fully understand who is submitting the nomination. We may reach out with follow-up questions if clarification is needed.

– Why your participation matters:
The success of the SEA process depends on broad participation and nominations. This program promotes the sharing of best practices that elevate safety standards and help transform our industry.

Important note:
Contractors can not self-nominate. Only companies nominated by an owner, or subcontractors nominated by a contractor, will be considered.
