June 25: Chiyoda International Corporation (CIC) and McDermott LLC (MDR), the construction JV partners for the Golden Pass LNG Export Project (Project) in the State of Texas, U.S., continue to progress work on the Project.

MDR and CIC have continued cooperative discussions with Golden Pass LNG Terminal LLC and have signed a binding term sheet addressing the key components of an agreement for completion of Trains 2 and 3* of the Project.

When combined with the amendment of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the completion of the full scope for Train 1** (previously announced on November 25, 2024), and when converted into an approved contract amendment, this term sheet addresses the full scope and commercial terms for completion of the Project.

MDR and CIC, and Golden Pass LNG Terminal LLC will continue engagements to finalize amendment to the contract and will disclose promptly when we conclude such agreement.

*1 Train 2 and 3: The second/third trains of natural gas liquefaction facilities
*2 Train 1: The first train of the facilities mentioned above
