The 2025 IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) General Meeting (GM) will be held 27–31 July 2025 in Austin, Texas. The theme of this year’s conference is Achieving Deep Decarbonization in the Electric Power System
The IEEE PES GM is the premier annual power and electrical engineering event that will bring together leading PES members, power and electrical engineers, key academics, and engineering students from all over the world. The aim is to provide an international forum for experts to network, promote, share, and discuss vital issues and progressive developments that impact the field of electrical and power engineering.

Author Full Conference Registration Includes: Presentation and Publication of up to 2 Paper Submissions, Access to all sessions, Welcome Reception, Poster Session/Reception, and Conference proceedings.
Full Conference Registration Includes: Access to all sessions, Welcome Reception, Poster Session/Reception, and Conference proceedings. *Paper submission will not be accepted
One Day Registration Includes: Access to all sessions for the day you are registered, Sunday Welcome Reception (if registered for Sunday), Monday Poster Session/Reception (if registered for Monday), and Conference proceedings.
No multiple one-day registrations are allowed.
Two Day Registration Includes: Access to all sessions for the two consecutive days you are registered, Sunday Welcome Reception (if registered for Sunday), Monday Poster Session/Reception (if registered for Monday), and Conference proceedings.
Must be two consecutive days. No multiple two-day registrations are allowed.
Companion/Child Registration Includes: Access to the conference social events including Daily Breakfast, Sunday Welcome Reception, and Monday Poster Session/Reception.
