This week, the Allstream team had the pleasure of attending the highly anticipated GPA Midstream Association 2024 Conference in San Antonio, a premier event bringing together midstream professionals from across the country—and even some from our neighbors up north in Canada, eh?!

The GPA Midstream Association (formerly known as the Gas Processors Association) is one of the industry’s most important gatherings, where top players from the midstream sector converge to share insights, explore new technologies, and discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the energy industry.

Catching Up with Old Friends and Building New Connections

For many of us at Allstream, this conference was not just about business—it was also a chance to reconnect with industry friends and colleagues. In fact, our first GPA experience dates back to 2012 in New Orleans (NOLA), where we first met some incredible people who have remained great friends over the years. Attending this event in 2024 gave us an opportunity to reminisce and reflect on how far the industry—and our connections—have come since then.
