- Adherence to ONEOK’s Partner Code of Conduct: All sponsors are expected to comply with ONEOK’s Partner Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical and responsible behavior throughout the event.
- Prohibition of Alcohol Distribution: Sponsors are not permitted to distribute alcohol at the event.
- Coordination for Food and Beverages: If you plan to provide food or beverages, please coordinate with the ONEOK team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and expectations.
- Promotional Materials: Any promotional materials bearing your company’s name, logo, or branding must be of nominal value.
