| On or before June 1, 2026 | Full refund or transfer to VIATC 2027 at no administrative fee. |
| On or before July 3, 2026 | $150 administrative fee or transfer to VIATC 2027 with a $75 transfer fee. |
| On or after July 10, 2026 | $300 administrative fee or transfer to VIATC 2026 with a $150 transfer fee. |
Exhibit Space Cancellations: Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the conference. A $250 administrative fee applies. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the conference.

Photography & Video Policy
By attending the conference, participants acknowledge that photographs and videos may be captured during the event and used by the Vibration Institute in promotional materials, on its website, and across social media platforms.
