Francisco R. Garcia
Senior Vice President, Development and Engineering
Murphy Exploration & Production Company
Francisco R. Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Development and Engineering at Murphy Exploration & Production Company, a subsidiary of Murphy Oil Corporation. Since joining the company in 2008 as an Engineer in Training, Garcia has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility.
In 2022, he was appointed Vice President, Offshore Development, and in 2025, assumed his current leadership role. Garcia holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
