Join industry leaders, technical experts, manufacturers, operators, and standards professionals at the 2026 Summer Exploration & Production Standards Meeting. Hosted by the American Petroleum Institute (API), this annual event provides a unique opportunity to participate in the development and maintenance of the standards that guide safe, reliable, and efficient operations across the global oil and natural gas industry.

Open to all interested stakeholders, the meeting serves as a collaborative forum where technical committees, subject-matter experts, and industry leaders work together to advance best practices and shape the future of exploration and production operations.

API’s standards program is one of the industry’s most respected initiatives, encompassing more than 800 standards that support every segment of the petroleum and natural gas value chain. The Committee on Standardization of Oilfield Equipment and Materials (CSOEM) oversees approximately 400 standards, including more than 275 standards that form the foundation of the API Monogram Program.
