The Conference and Annual Meeting will bring together attorneys, energy professionals, regulators, and others working across the energy law and policy landscape. Attendees will connect with peers engaged in all areas of energy law, including antitrust, international energy transactions, legislation and regulatory reform, electric utility regulation, alternative dispute resolution, finance and transactions, and environmental and public lands matters at the federal, state, and international levels.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be granted to registrants who submit a written cancellation request to administration@eba-net.org at least two weeks prior to the start of the event, less a $75 administrative fee for national annual meetings, mid-year energy forums, and chapter annual meetings.
Refund requests submitted within two weeks of the event will not be granted unless approved on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances. Transfers to another attendee are permitted.
Please note that no refunds will be processed until after the program concludes. Confirmation emails will be sent to registrants if an email address is provided.
This cancellation policy applies to all registrations, including those received and accepted after the registration deadline.

EBA Hardship Policy
EBA offers discounted registration rates for eligible student, government, and academic members for most EBA programs carrying CLE credits, including the Annual and Mid-Year meetings.
On a case-by-case basis, EBA will consider additional requests for discounted attendance due to demonstrated financial hardship. Requests must be submitted to jhannan@eba-net.org at least fifteen (15) days prior to the close of regular registration and must include sufficient information to
support the request.
